When you enquire, create an account or place an order, we may collect your name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery details, order contents and related correspondence. We use this information to respond, administer orders, confirm availability, arrange collection or delivery and maintain necessary records.
Contact form submissions are sent to us by email and may also be stored within the website administration system for customer service and record-keeping. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Courier and service providers
For courier orders, the contact and delivery information needed to fulfil the shipment is shared with The Courier Guy and its delivery systems. Website hosting, email and store software providers may also process information needed to operate these services.
For EFT orders, banking details are sent privately after availability and the final total are confirmed. We may retain payment references and related correspondence to administer your order. Please do not send passwords or online banking login details.
Cookies and security
Essential cookies support functions such as shopping carts, account sessions and security. Standard technical information may be processed to operate and protect the website. Reasonable measures are taken to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Retention and your information
